" We bought a piece of equipment, a top bench fridge at the beginning of December 2019. Once delivered we noticed the wooden box with a lot of foot step marks on it, despite the DO NOT STEP ON writing on it. Once we opened, the fragile part of the equipment, made of glass, had a number of small scratches on the surface. We immediately notified the company and were told to wait until the new year and they would sort out either a replacement or a refund. We waited and have not been contacted by the company, which only replied to us after another email we sent out complaining about the service and telling them we would never use their services again. Even at that point, the message we got was the usual this is not our fault but the supplier and the supplier hasn't done anything yadi yadi yada. Well, i've paid your company and you sort this out, at least in my humble opinion. At this point, I'd rather due a favor to the public community instead of begging again for a replacement or a refund. We lost money and bought a damaged piece of equipment instead of a new one but at least i can honestly warn other buyers of the risk. A customer is a customer, whether he spends 100K or 1 dollar, and the cure and professionalism used to look after the small customer is the gauge everyone should use when evaluating suppliers and seller.

EDITING after supplier reply:

We have nowhere declined a refund. This statement from the supplier is not true. I have email and proof that I'm happy to post if required where i clearly state "i am entitled to a replacement, repair or refund". Again, no defined refund was offered, no amount specified, no contact done with us unless we chase them. At this point, WE ARE REFUSING your "discount" as proof of the level of disappointment we have with your services. My (hypothetical) 100$ of discount are worth less than the value we see in this review, for other people to judge. Happy to lose some money, we just want to share our experience with other possible customers as we believe there has been enough time to sort this out and has not been done. If one of my customer buy something and i deliver it (or the supplier i choose) delivers it damaged i will simply and QUICKLY refund or send a replacement. Not after the holidays, not by generically speaking about a discount, not by being constantly chased by the customer and so on and so forth. Simple as that. Best of luck with your business. "
