He was very friendly and helpful with a custom design and sourcing the right gems. He was very knowledgeable about what would work well as well as very fair pricing. On top of all that the turnaround time was exactly what he predicted and despite current issues with logistics we got our ring well before deadline! "

As someone with no prior knowledge in buying diamonds I was able to understand very easily in his explanation of what makes a quality diamond.
To add to this, the service and speed in arranging my request was well above my expectations and from placing an order to having the diamond ring in my possession was no more than 2.5 weeks to my surprise. Your mileage may vary of course depending on your designs etc but even with my specific requests he was able to meet them.
