Find My Balance creates conversation, awareness and education for young females on body-confidence, body image and self-confidence. Olympic gymnasts and Co-Founders Stephanie Moorhouse and Ashleigh Brennan combine their athletic journey with their university qualified education to deliver engaging and powerful content. Through mentoring, presentations to schools and sporting clubs and inclusion in school curriculum, we aim to make more girls think more positive about themselves. Powerful, raw and real.
