" Horrible customer service. Food came with no cutlery, called to advise they blamed us, wrote 3 emails to provide feedback (their delivery slip "welcomed feedback") all of my emails were ignored. Don't waste your time.
Edit: As per your response to me, I have sent three emails to the email address provided. If you are not receiving my emails, perhaps you need to check your email or perhaps your staff reading and deleting them.
Second point, you do deliver cutlery, because I have used this service in the past and my food had come with cutlery. Also when I called to advise on the night, the person who took my call first blamed us for not asking for it, which I find extremely unprofessional and then secondly once I mentioned that apologised and said that it was their fault and said they should have asked us if we wanted cutlery.
I understand as the owner you are forced to defend your business but I will not be submitting any more feedback just for you to either ignore me or place blame. Perhaps next time you or your staff should take your customers feedback more seriously.
Thank you for your reply, but myself, my businesses, my family and my friends will take our business elsewhere from now on and I strongly suggest that others do the same. Goodbye. "

" Won't be ordering again. Pizza tasted like it had come out of a supermarket freezer, tiny pizza but couldn't finish it as so bad.The Thai pumpkin soup was ok if a little bland, chocolate mousse was decent. Delivery was good though, 20-30 minutes after ordering online on Saturday night "
