Told item had shipped on the 1st so couldn't cancel order and buy cheaper elsewhere. Order placed at 4am. Email to cancel at 10am. Couldn't issue having number...... Eventually did...... Turns out not posted till the 6th.
Caught lying. Reported to ACCC. Buyer beware. Read feedback on eBay Shop before you buy, I didn't. Would avoid. "

- Order placed at 7:00 am Saturday
- I sent them an email on Tuesday asking for delivery notification
- They responded and said that the item would be mailed Tuesday afternoon and that I would receive a postal notification
- Postal notification never came so I sent another email on Wednesday - no response
- Thursday morning I called them and asked for the tracking number. It was given to me with an assurance that the item would be posted Thursday afternoon. The postal notification did come Thursday afternoon
I purchased from them due to previous good service but will not go back after this experience. There are too many other options out there to buy these type of goods so service has to be #1 for me to continue. "

" No issues whatsoever. Best price I could find in Australia, which meant Australian warranty. Big plus.
Delivery to ACT, one of my orders arrived overnight, another took two days. This is better than most service delivery standards.
So far, no problems with my items (and hopefully none in the future), but if so, at least I have Aussie warranty.
I would definitely buy off HTA again based on my experiences so far.
