" Oh my, what a spot of bother. A 2nd Halo 5 disc wouldn't work on my Xbox One (I know right, stop the press). I had called Microsoft and chatted with them for hours, no help. Called up JB, after losing my receipt (but I payed by credit card, so we could trace the sale), they said: "OK come in, but our "games" guy isn't in (Public holiday), today, but we might have someone else who knows". So an inviting attitude to begin with. I asked if I could bring my xbox in with me to verify disc (really thought they'd say no here) amd Matt who I was talking to said: Sure!

Long story short, guys (and girls there) WILL help you out if they're able, and will search outside of the box to solve your problem. Just be nice to them, have receipt and don't be an asshat.

I shouldn't be singling Matt or Nic or Thomastown JB-HiFi tho, this service is great and typical across 99% of their stores. I thought I would anyway, because all too often great service is expected then forgotten, but bad service goes viral.

If you want excellent service, a good price, and a great range (except for replacement Monster headphone cables, but that's me being picky) GO to JBHIFI Thomastown! "
