" I bought a car from them three months ago and it turned out to be a total disappointment. Apparently the test drive I conducted was not long enough, because the very first day after I collected the car I had the first of several issues. Since then, the car has been more under repair than on the road, a complete waste of time and money. I tried to discuss the matter with the dealer in order to find a solution (I was also prepared to spend some more money for an upgrade), but they only gave me evasive answers (“we could try to sell the car through an auction”, “the boss will call you to discuss the options”, etc.). I waited for a call from the owner of the car dealer for three weeks until eventually it was obvious that they have absolutely no intention to help me.
I agree with other users that they sell cars prepared just enough to be roadworthy; speaking of which, I just realized, examining the roadworthy certificate, that the tester signing the document has the same family name of the car dealer owner; I suspect he is a relative, in which case it would not be exactly trustworthy. Finally, the warranty they provide, administered by the National Warranty Company, is absolutely useless, as the Company will find every kind of excuse to refuse to pay the faults, even when they should be covered. I cannot fathom how JL Car Sales got approval from RACV, because in my opinion they do not deserve it at all.
In summary, save your time and money and buy the car from someone else. "

" I bought a car from them and it turned out to be a LEMON! After a couple of month it started to have problems. I took the car back to them and they "fixed" it, not without paying almost an $950!. After a couple of it started to have the same problems and they wouldn't accept that they didn't fix it. When my partner went to pick up the car they insult her saying the she was a b***. She had to call the police because they didn't want to release the car without paying for a bill when we asked them to quote the work. THEY DISGUST ME
THEY FIX AND SELL CARS JUST ENOUGH TO BE ROADWORTHY
I had the worst experience in my life with this car and them.
Save yourself money and problems and buy or fix your car from someone else. "
