It’s really important to me that today’s kids have as many opportunities as possible to participate in positive activities. The performing arts help boost young people’s confidence and engage them in positive social activity.

I developed a love of singing and music (I sing, compose and play several instruments), as a child, but there wasn’t anything like this available.

Music is so important in developing both intellectual and social skills for young people, and I’m determined to keep making a difference to the youth of our area — and creating some pretty good singing voices while I’m at it! I’ve already loved what I’ve seen, and so have the kids’ families and the audiences.
