" Understaffed customer service. Since the renovation there's a seriously understaffed customer service area which is also charged with handling the photo printing section. Long queues, hardly any staff. It just doesn't work. "

" Usually always get what I am looking for in that price range. Excellent for a quick drop in for a bday gift or cosmetics.....kitchen.... pretty much all. Quite worth it. "
