" I am so grateful for team at Konidas. I have had a stressful 2 weeks, having issues my MAC laptop. After speaking to MAC support, making an appointment at the genius bar ( never any appointments available!!!) and spending over 2 hours on the phone with telstra nothing was resolved. Telstra told me it was a MAC issue and MAC told me it was an issue with my internet provider. At this point I gave up and decided it was time to buy a new laptop, before I did this I called Konidas. Shaun was so lovely and asked me to bring my laptop in right away. Within 24 hours I received a call to say that everything was fixed. The staff at Konidas were so friendly and professional and I feel so relieved that I did not have to purchase a brand new laptop. I will not bother making long phone calls to MAC or Telstra. I will be heading straight to Konidas for any future computer issues.

" Excellent place to take your devices to repair. Shaun is a nice and trustworthy person, always willing to help you and trying that you have a good service and leave the place happy and satisfied. I took my computer there and after some complications, everything turned out Ok and I can say that I will take it there again if I ever have some issues with it. "

" Have been to Konidas for stationary stuff mainly. But l was unfortunately in need of a laptop upgrade, one that wouldn't be obsolete by the time l got it home! The information the salespeople gave was not only neutral but well intended. Settling on an ASUS which was a bit on the higher end of my budget but well worth it in product support. Not just online but l could physically call them (& l did many times) to ask any dumb question l had. They were more than happy to assist time & time again. All my programs & files were as needed, nothing lost!
Good old fashion customer service is fading but not at Konidas computers. Prices were competitive but patience / service is far ahead.
Needless to say, I highly recommend them. "
