Having had a hard drive die, and then Bios settings and Windows 10 not wanting to cooperate, Mike spent a considerable amount of time (days) chasing down each and every problem day and night.
He not only saved all my important information from the dead drive, he replaced it, fixed all the issues and my system is back to brand new again.
If you want real, honest, customer service with care, I cannot recommend Mike highly enough. "
