A bit of background - Past Long distance runner/ sprinter all through high school.
After High school she found a new love for Fire-twirling and built a lot of upper body strength this way.
In 2015 March She competed in her first INBA Natural Bodybuilding Fitness Competition.
She competes as a strength Athlete now in powerlifting and strongwoman competitions.
