Mari believe's in a well rounded balanced holistic way into fitness with training programs designed specifically to the individual depending on their goals.

A bit of background - Past Long distance runner/ sprinter all through high school.
After High school she found a new love for Fire-twirling and built a lot of upper body strength this way.
In 2015 March She competed in her first INBA Natural Bodybuilding Fitness Competition.

She competes as a strength Athlete now in powerlifting and strongwoman competitions.

Strength training - finding inner confidence, empowerment and awesome nutrition is her thing! if you want to change your life then you've come to the right place.
