" I would like to thank Oscar for all his help!!! I bought a kit for my Triumph Thunderbird Commander.
He went through all the instructions (and boy… the detailed instructions were amazing the only downfall would be, for the price paid, colour photos would make it just that bit easier to define!
I installed the kit and put my baby back together and ran into a problem, first she didn’t want to start well, then she was running rough, I rang Oscar and he ran through some steps to back track and try, and said he’d stay back in case I needed him again.
I couldn’t work it out, so called him back to tell him to go home and I’d take another look in the morning. Next day Oscar called me to see how I was going, we talked through some more things that I may have accidentally done. I was feeling a bit frustrated, so decided to leave it for the day.
Well with a day between and fresh eyes, this morning I worked it out, it was such a simple thing, I can’t wait to call Oscar on Monday and tell him she is now PERFECT!!!
I went out for a ride this afternoon with my partner who rides a BMW R1200 RT and it didn’t skip a beat, stayed at speed with his factory fitted cruise, even up and down the hills…. I am chuffed at my accomplishment and so glad Oscar had faith in me!! "

" These guys customer service is absolutely second to none!! I first emailed them about my 2022 Scout Bobber on a Sunday and had a response a few hours later. A few emails later, I had the invoice. Paid it on the Wednesday and it was delivered on the Friday! Absolutely amazing. Super easy to fit and setup with the very detailed instructions. And to top everything off it works perfectly!! Amazing product!! Amazing people!! "

" I ordered my cruise control on a Wednesday and by Friday they had manufactured it and shipped already. Received on the Monday and I was super keen to install it. The supplied instructions were super easy to follow and just having pictures and everything is fantastic! That being said, they weren't kidding when they said that it's definitely a process to install!
I had some innovating to do with my install though because I had the Givi TN1121 crash bars installed and the supplied bracket doesn't work with it. Once this issue was overcome and a slight modification to the fairings was done (this was because I had the crash bars fitted) it was fully installed and ready test! Initially had some troubles with the clutch sensor but this was fixed by a simple change of which wire I was plugged into.
I've since tested it on the road with hills and all and I have to say I am really really impressed with the level of functionality and precision that this has. I have a few hills near me and it handles them better than my car to be honest. 100% worth the time and hard earned money. I suffer from issues where my extremities get really cold and numb and this addition to the bike allows me to do much much more than I already could and makes riding an incredibly fun and comfortable experience!
