Danni J helped me organise finance for my new Kia Rio :) I was really confused on what to do and what was best for me because I have no idea about this stuff and I am honestly so thankful because the whole process was so easy and I know I got the best deal. " Terrible. Shifty. Beware of dodgy sales tactics to dupe you into buying "carbonreverse", exorbitant insurance premiums,. If you end lease early (because you move employment) you will be up for the cost of roadside assistance for the entire term of the lease but you won't get the benefit for the term paid, as the service ceases when you end employment with your employer (and the salary packaging ends). The customer service is also shocking, "customer service officers" never follow up or take carriage of your queries and you are left having to call and email constantly to get answers (and for this "service" you are charged $16.50 a month). No transparency with interest rates; very difficult to get an answer on what rate will apply despite numerous calls and emails requesting the rate. "

" Very difficult to get my car transferred to them after changing jobs, now finding they are equally difficult now the lease has ended and I have paid out the residual, they keep taking money and have not refunded the remaining maintenance funds, 6 weeks now, no one knows what they are doing, constant emails to them to no effect. Will be recommending my company changes leasing firms. "
