" We used Oz Roller Shutters in December 2020 to install 14 shutters. It was one of the best decisions we made with regard to our home. Having our first level balcony facing the west where the suns sets we suffered for a couple of years from rain and heat hitting our glass windows and glass sliding doors. Even though we had refrigerated cooling it was still very warm in the house because of the heat from the sun. When it would rain it would be terrible. Everything on the balcony would be soaked and the floor would be wet and slippery. None of the above happens now. Our house stays cool in summer and warmer in winter without using the central heating as much.
With electricity and gas going through the roof its been a great investment in hindsight
We also had them installed on the ground level which makes us feel very safe. Pretty difficult for an intruder to come in when these heavy duty roller shutters are down. We cannot praise Sam Navi and their crew enough. They are so polite and willing to go that bit extra to make you happy. The reason I am writing this review so long after install is because we had another shutter installed recently and completely forgot to write a review after the initial install. We believe they look great but that's our opinion. They also have this great tool on their website where you are able to calculate how much it will cost you. I called other companies but found Oz Roller Shutters were much more competitive and consultative. Highly recommended.
We chose black surroundings because our window frames are black but you can choose whatever you like.
You won't be disappointed. "

" I have dealt with OZ Roller Shutters since 2018 and after having roller shutters installed yesterday on our two front windows, all our windows are now protected from heat, cold and reduced noise. They have a price calculator on their website which I found very useful. The installer has always arrived on time and worked professionally. I recommend OZ Rollers if considering installing roller shutters. "

Just had motors installed on two existing roller shutters (not even Oz Roller Shutters), plus 2 new roller shutters. Sam and the team made this a great experience for us.
This was a very difficult installation, but the guy who did the actual installing did a superb job. No problem went unsolved. His attention to detail was outstanding.
I can't recommend them highly enough.
I was nervous when we originally chose Oz Roller Shutters, but we worried unnecessarily.
11 out of 10 for these guys.

" Sam and his team do a stellar job at a very reasonable price.
We have now had 11 electric shutters (of various sizes) and 2 security doors installed by the boys. The first lot were done 6 months ago and everything still works perfectly.
In the real world, things do go wrong. The key thing is how people respond. After the first installation, we noticed one of our electrical circuits had stopped working. I put in a call, and the guys were back to fix it the next day. No extra charge, even though part of the problem was dodgy old (existing) cabling.
Everything was left neat and tidy, no bad language or behaviour. All very respectful and professional. If you want roller shutters or security doors, I wouldn't go anywhere else. "
