Terrible procedures. If your thinking of using this company to ship goods between Melbourne - Sydney you might be quicker driving it yourself. Google won't allow me to give zero stars "

" I used Pack & Send Hawthorn to send 7 heavy boxes when I was moving to the US. I didn't have a permanent address in the US before the move. Laurence explained how to handle the situation and was very accommodating to my specific requests. The package was dropped in the depot in Boston which delivered it for free at the date I requested.
The boxes of Pack & Send held very well unlike the single-tier boxes from AusPost which fall apart. Top notch, will be happy to use them again. "
