" Look, it's nice that there is a bookstore at all in this town, but with every interaction I have here I feel more and more exasperated. Lost pre-orders, empty shelves, misspelled names, failure to actually pre-order a book at all, website from the 90s, incredibly slow orders, terrible email etiquette.. my overall impression after years of continued patronage is that it is run by a bunch of geese. "

" Over a week ago I sent an email asking how I can use my gift card when making a purchase online.
As of today I have not received a reply.
I finally received a reply, nearly 2 weeks later.
Since then I have sent another email, regarding a different subject, and that was 2 weeks ago, and still no response as of today.
I went in and used my gift voucher, and will never go back again.
It's the worst customer service I have ever come across, and that is taking, Telstra and 1 of the big Banks into account. "

" Slow orders and disappointing service. I ordered a book and was told it would be ready in a week, I needed it for school. I enquired about its whereabouts 3 weeks later and was told to wait another two weeks after a shipment of that book had already been in and out of their store and I 'missed out'. Staff have become incompetent which is a shame as I have shopped there for years. "
