" If you have had a break from teaching in a traditional school setting , this is not the agency for you. Apparently they have some type of compliance rule requiring references from schools you have worked in the last two years, working in other non traditional school settings even though you are still teaching is not good enough for their reference checks. This is the only agency that appears to have this rule in place. "
