My passion is growth work, I love doing my inner work and sharing vulnerably with others as they do their work.

For most of my life, I’ve had the walls up, didn’t know how to connect and wasn’t really living. Over the past five transformational years, I now know how to speak my truth, stand up, connect, and have fulfilling relationships with my people.

Whilst I am interested in conscious relationship coaching and conscious sexuality coaching, its not really about my interests, I would love to support you to get what you need.
