" Waratah was recommended to me off a Facebook page I was on and did not disappoint. Michael answers the phone at the start of the process and he is the only person you speak to from start to finish. All correspondence was highly professional but laid back The container was dropped to us a week in advance of the move which enabled us to pack it at our own pace with no pressure. This also saved us a few thousand dollars on what was quoted from the other companies. In the end our container was picked up in Sydney on a Friday and dropped off to our new address in WA the following Wednesday. We emptied the container and it was picked up on the Friday morning. We couldn’t believe how easy the whole process was. We’d like to thank Mick and the drivers that dropped off and picked up the containers in Sydney and Perth. We can’t recommend them highly enough! "

" I was relocating interstate with my belongings put into storage for a couple of months. I had checked many removalist companies and different options but I found their prices to be very reasonable and the best value for the money.
From start to finish the service was impeccable, always professional and helpful, friendly and caring.
I can't say enough to thank Michael, for he is a true gentleman, who made my experience stress free. He took the time to check with me that everything was going alright, he was so helpful and caring.
Also his team of drivers were great, with a special mention to Colin, who went above and beyond. I can't thank Colin enough for all his efforts in helping me, for his kindness and caring attitude. He arrived early and stayed there until the end, as I had a limited amount of time to unload and remove the container from the property. He unloaded most of the container for me by himself, even though that was not part of his job, he was only meant to deliver the container not unload it. There were some heavy items of furniture and many bags and boxes, which he carried inside and even upstairs, all before the removalists I had booked in arrived. I am ever so grateful to Colin for all his help, so thank you very much, I truly appreciate everything you have done.
