" Daniel Gill and other associates at Dwyer Durack were very easy and professional to deal with and helped me through an extremely stressful legal issue upon the deaths of both my parents for whom I was Executor and Administrator of the estates. Even though I live out in the country they provided easy ways for information to be provided and shared, timely advice, excellent recommendations for additional legal counsel and were very supportive. I’m very glad I decided to go with a top rate firm with extensive expertise and resources, especially after a poor experience dealing with a cheaper legal firm to “save money” previously. The old saying “you get what you pay for” is certainly true and the piece of mind knowing you’re in good legal hands is definitely well worth it.

" With the passing of my wife 3 months ago, I knew it was vital to write a new Will. My previous Will had been written over 20 years ago and didn't reflect my current circumstances or wishes. They worked with me to draft a Will which achieved exactly the proposed division of my assets between my daughters and grandchildren which my wife and I had spoken of before she passed away.
