" The worst shopping experience I have experienced in my life.
Sorted through the already messy kids books area, saw a sign on the wall that said “Kids Books 50c” nothing else like or unless marked.
Picked out what I wanted to buy, go to pay and the extremely rude lady started sorting into price ranges. I told her they were all 50cents, no they aren’t she rudely barked at me. I told her the sign on the wall, my husband even went and took a picture of the sign. She told us “to go out the back and see the manager, I only work here 3 days a week and I’m here all day and don’t want you wrecking my day”
WELL SORRY IF I’M, ME THE CUSTOMER IS PUTTING YOU OUT FOR DOING YOUR JOB!!!!
The Manager Naomi came down and aggressively started telling me what my rights are as a customer and that the sign means nothing because customers put stuff in the wrong place all the time. I don’t think a customer put over 200 books on the wall under the sign that says “KIDS BOOKS 50c”
Word of mouth is the cheapest form of advertising and as far as I’m concerned I will be telling everyone I know the bad experience I had from a “charity” organisation.
I work in retail and have for over 40 years and this store has no idea about customer service. "

" The staff are sweet. I've found lots of good things here. 👍 Only trouble is, sometimes the racks are so jam-packed that it's hard to sort through the clothes. "
