Three stars given because there is no elevator, no concierge, when we paid adter staying for about three weeks the guy at the reception took 30 minutes to calculate the bills manually !!
Smoking is allowed inside the restaurant, which I think is still common in Bosnia.
Rooms are clean and they have fast laundry service. "
