" I have taken their monthly package... they sent a very unprofessional worker who talks bad and works like a turtle.and she keeps talking over phone with office throughout the working time...and can't work on time! rather than working she spends time on phone or tries to gossip with me or my family member.. after complaining they assured to provide a new maid which they haven't yet and charging me for extra days which she didn't work on.now they are not receiving my calls or contacting me..I prepaid everything..paid 2530 for 2 works.. expected professionalism...no longer have faith in them "

The management even didn't bother to monitor or make a call to check why the worker didn't arrive. By the way, my house is in Uttara Model Town in a sector, where the location is very easy to find for anyone. This seemed to be more like a reluctant and non-professional attitude. "
