" This Organization is one and only Science Museum of Bangladesh right now. It's not like a Museum. It's a one kind of informal education or learning centre. National Museum of Science and Technology in Dhaka, Bangladesh was founded on April 26, 1965 by the Pakistani government and became a part of Bangladesh's Ministry of Science and Technology. "

" As a science museum, the museum is good. But I hope the authority will take effective steps to upgrade this museum. It's a good place to pass your time in the amazing world of science. "

" Place is very good for children as well as for older people. The collection gives a great and vast idea about science and technology practically rather then theoretical.
I used to go there with my nephew and he enjoys this place much.

" A museum which is divided into three sections: Technology, Biological and Physical Science. Everybody will find something for them. Very few people visit this museum because people knows a very little about. Govt people don't promote it or communication is not that much effective. It can be very good place for the kids time passing and learning about science and technology. "

" Positive aspects:
Teaches students about old technology and why things happen.
Serene environment.
Detailed titles besides each object
Large varieties of technical and scientific material (e.g. a glass box describing how Pythagoras' Theorem works, forgot name though)
Cheap tickets

Negative aspects:
None so far.

Absolutely unbiased suggestion:
I don't think that kids under class 6 or 5 will enjoy this place at all. In my experience, I came with my entire class (class 7). At that time, most students were wandering off and gossiping. Only few of them were actually reading things with great concentration. Therefore, I suggest that students of higher grades or adults visit this place. There are several interesting things that they can learn from. "

It was first based in the Dhaka Public Library, and moved a number of times before its permanent home was completed in 1981. The NMST serves as Bangladesh's only science museum and organizes science education activities at a national level. "
