" One of the worst ISPs in Sylhet. Internet disconnects throughout the day and ping spikes when playing online games. This has been the case for around 7-8 months. As I am writing this, I've had no internet since around 10am. It is now 5:37pm. Customer service is pointless. They'll send you a generic response saying that they will fix the issue but it's only a temporary fix. STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF AN ISP "
