We then come back at 15.45 , we tried to open the door the shop was locked a couple of people inside, the security gard open to tell us, nobody is further let in because the staff can not cope more people ( not more than 5 customers inside). What is the purpose of moving to a bigger store but not having enough efficient staffing. will go back to Vuitton were I never had such a rude experience. "
