" First visit since the hotel was the Arenberg. Very pleasant staff in a well located hotel - equidistant between Brussels Central station and the Grande Place. Room was small (hence four stars) but well appointed and for the price, it represents really good value. Would stay again without hesitation. "

" Hotel was very clean and nice, but would not recommend staying there. AC did not work (weather was 85+ degrees), but the more frustrating part is when various guests asked the staff about it, they told everyone a different lie about why it wasn't working. Also had guests in my group get several hundred dollars stolen out of their safe. You can find a much better 4 star hotel in Brussels. "

" Receptionists speak most common languajes (spanish, french, portuguese, german, english...) and are very kind and helpful.
The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to the grand place, 5 minutes walk to the train station.
Awesome and full-of-alternatives breakfast. "
