" This is my first (and probably last) online complaint ever. I don't normally complain, but I think my experience at Velophil earlier today warrants this. To sum it up, I am looking for a simple bike just for going to work and back, not looking to spend more than around 150 euros or so. I went here and explained what I was looking for. The boy at the shop just looked at me and started laughing for what felt like a good minute or so, unable to speak, finally saying he found it so funny I would ask for such a cheap bike (buckling over, you would have thought he was watching the world's best comedy show based off his reaction). I normally am one to take a joke, but I found this extremely rude, condescending and, frankly, quite embarrassing, as I don't really know much about bikes and their starting prices. Imposible to get your bike fixed... you have to wait at least for a month they have always too much work. "
