A week later, I had to redo the whole process with employee 2 who put my address incorrectly (shipping my bank card somewhere else). Three weeks later, I still do not have a bank card or access to my account. Avoid the Leuven Centrum location or this bank all together. Expect feeling frustrated and having to waiting a long time for unorganized and unstructured service. These experiences say much about the services expected down the road. "
