" Worst bank ever. I was screamed at the first time I came by a young lady working there because i was speaking in english It should have been a red flag. However , against my better judgement I came back and found a lady who filled out all the paper and said it would take a week to get the answer if my request of opening the bank account would be accepted. I came back each week and still nothing ,after 3 weeks i got tired and asked them to cancel my request to open the bank account.
This bank is truly a disaster! "

" The worst branch of this bank EVER!!!.
The bank tellers are highly unprofessional, unware of their procedures and documents that the client needs to sign or provide for the services and products they offer. (Be prepared to get a phone call asking you to return back to sign some documents that they have missed informing you about that you need to sign when you do transactions. And this might happen 2 or 3 times for a single transaction).
Wait times are around 45 minutes to an hour and a half. Extremely slow service by the employees of the bank. Also BE careful what options you choose at the ticketing system.Why? Well in the rare occassions that it works, not only will you have to wait an hour to get to your turn, but you will not be able to do anything else at the desk except the option you have selected. Or at least this is what the bank teller will tell you (or depending on his/hers mood, cause when they are happy they will do what you request.Otherwize, they will tell you they can not do it and you need to go back to the queue and get another ticket and wait yet another hour there(although while doing so, you see that for some customers they perform every single bank operation they request)).
But, hey don't worry the waiting does not end up with that. Let's say you ordered a new card to be issued, and they tell you please come next Friday to pick it from the branch. You think you will go and get it??!?! Little did you know... on Friday you will do some more waiting,then the teller will spend some time searching for your card in their system,in the back rooms,on the desks of the other bank employees. His/hers little adventure will end up, with you being firstly questioned if you are sure it should it be this Friday, and right after your confirmation you will be told it might come later today. Later being quote 10 o'clock, but it might 12 midday who knows unquote. So, 10 becomes 12,
Friday becomes Monday and so on and so forth.
And a hidden easter egg for the foreigners - hold your fingers crossed, that the only english speaking employee is on shift. Mind you, when I say English I mean very basic one. So in both cases get ready for hands language.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I REPEAT AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! "
