Vladimex Ltd. was founded in 1994 and since then it has been growing in quite the competitive market and fighting tooth and nail with businesses that have already established themselves in the construction industry.One of our most prominent goals has been, is and will always be customer satisfaction and quality execution of all of our projects.The company is a member of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber since 2007 and has licenses in all 5 (five) categories -1. first group: construction of high rise buildings (residential, public service, industrial), adjacent infrastructure, electronic communication networks and facilities;2. second group: transport infrastructure works;3. third group: energy infrastructure works;4. fourth group: public works infrastructure, hydraulic engineering and environmental protection;5. fifth group: individual types of construction works according to KID-2008, sector "Construction".Why are we telling you this? It means the company meets all the requirements and standards necessary in the performance of the company's core business.In 2007, we were certified in ISO 9001:2000 and in May 2009, we were re-certified to meet the new ISO requirements - namely ISO 9001:2008, followed by another successful re-certification process in March 2011. (We have to keep up with the changes!)In 2021, we acquired 2 (two) more certificates -1. ISO 14001:2004 "Environmental Management Systems",2. BS OHSAS 18001:2007 "Occupational Health and Safety Management System" (later replaced with ISO 45001:2018).We have also worked on several EU project contracts.Lastly, we'd like to quote a rather famous character from one of the most iconic movies in '72 - "I'll make him an offer he cannot refuse!"
