People united under the idea of A Life without pain for the homeless and suffering on the streets animals can here find soulmates, share expirience or find help.

In the last few months we took in the worst cases in our city and now, we owe lots of money to all the clinics we work with. This is one of the cats I'm looking after - he had been gone for a few days and reappeared with hanging tail and trembling back paws. The x-ray showed his first tail vertebra has been broken, as well as the 7th and 8th spinal one - according to the vets it's a miracle he can still walk. He was most probably hit with something heave on his back. Him going back to the street is not an option as any more active movement or jump may cause a paralysis. He also has ear scabies and several missing teeth but the blood tests were good. If somebody can offer him a forster or permanent home, please let me know! The bill from today is 78lv. (40€).

Ein Hilferuf in eigener Sache! Liebe Freunde und Unterstützer unserer Organisation, leider müssen wir euch mitteilen, dass uns unser Hauptsponsor für das Katzenhaus nicht mehr unterstützen kann. Seine Spende kam hauptsächlich der Miete zugute. Unsere Organisation lebt von den Spenden und somit von euch. Wenn nun eine so große Spende wegfällt und wir das Katzenhaus nicht mehr halten können, müssen wir am Ende einen schweren Weg gehen. Was das ist, könnt ihr euch vielleicht den...ken. Wir mögen es gar nicht in Worte fassen. Unser Katzenhaus besteht nun schon seit über drei Jahren. In diesen drei Jahren haben wir mehr als 500 verwundeten und ausgesetzten Katzen eine Chance zum Überleben gegeben. Die meisten wurden von euch adoptiert und genießen nun ein wunderbares Leben. Durch diese Adoptionen können wir tagtäglich neuen herrenlosen Tieren eine Chance geben. Im Moment versorgen wir 40 Katzen und 20 Kitten. Der Unterhalt dieser Katzen beträgt monatlich etwa 500 € für Futter, Katzenstreu, Tierarzt, Entwurmungen und, wenn notwendig, weitere Untersuchungen. Bis jetzt konnten wir den Großteil dieser Ausgaben durch unseren Hauptsponsor decken, doch leider wird er uns nicht mehr unterstützen können. Wir müssen also nun einen neuen Weg finden, diesen Betrag zusammenzubekommen. Wenn nicht, wissen wir nicht, wie wir das Katzenhaus weiter finanzieren und halten können. Doch ohne uns alle schaffen es die Katzen nicht- sie sind auf uns angewiesen. Wir richten uns somit an euch, da wir schnell neue Sponsoren oder feste Patenschaften monatlich benötigen. Gäbe es vielleicht die Möglichkeit, dass einige von euch, eine kleine Spende monatlich leisten? Wir wissen nicht, wie wir sonst unsere Ausgaben in Höhe von über 500 € begleichen sollen. Wir sind eine offiziell angemeldete NGO und ihr könnt also eure Spende von den Steuer absetzen. Des Weiteren kommen auch unsere vielen unbeglichenen Tierarztrechnungen hinzu. Wir sind wirklich auf jeden Euro angewiesen! Jeden Tag aufs Neue müssen wir zusehen, dass wir alle Bäuche gefüllt bekommen. Doch so langsam sind wir wirklich am Ende unserer Kräfte angelangt. Wir sind wirklich im Notzustand und verzweifelt bitten wir um Hilfe! Bitte helft uns oder teilt weiter diesen Hilfeschrei und lasst uns zusammen den Tieren helfen! Danke!
