The Association has the purpose:1. To support, encourage and stimulate the state structures, NGOs and the business in the integration process of Bulgaria into the European union;2. To encourage, support and help the institutional building and development of the local, regional and national structures with capacity to work under European programmes and projects;3. To cultivate and approbate the European values;4. To develop programmes and participate in projects for improvement of the legislation in Bulgaria and its harmonization with the European standards;5. To support the socio-economic development of the regions in Bulgaria;6. To support the development of the educational institutions, the civil society, the science, culture and tourism and actively to participate in the development of the cross border cooperation with the bordering countries;7. To support the social integration of the young people from Bulgaria and the Balkan region as well as their personal and professional development.
