" I would never suggest to go with them. I have applied for the Schengen myself with France which was refused for not having proper documentation and later contacted House of Tours for advise. A lady named Swetha has advised me to apply with Switzerland and did so (already mentioned about the previous application i submitted with France to her). The Swiss has refused as well inspite of having the proper documentation as advised by the agency.
Later once i have informed about my refusal, they have asked me to apply again with a new application with House of Tours (have asked me to pay again the same amount to house of tours and all the visa related charges). And the manager Mr. Rafeeq had called and spoke to me to understand the matter. I explained him the whole matter. He was asking to himself "why did the travel agent (swetha) ask me to apply in Switzerland as i have already applied in France" (which can cause the chances to issue the visa decrease even further). When i asked him why do you team members have different approach to one single application, his answer was "its the way each agent sees it".
He suggested me to apply again in Swiss embassy and obviously i asked him "why would i apply again with you, when you guys have already messed it up"...After a lot of convincing he told me "I'm a Muslim myself and i would never lie about anything and i believe in this happening".
Leaving aside the application not being accepted. I have only 2 questions.
1. Why do you guys have different approaches for a single application?
2. Who brings religion into business for gaining a customer or for marketing your product/ service?
Really unprofessionalism from your side.
Hope relevant actions will be taken to Mr. Rafeeq for these statements being used. "

" The package for Georgia was good. But they could have worked on a better planning. We had a day wasted , as in there was no itinerary planned on the day of our arrival, like almost half a day wasted as we arrived at 4:00 in evening. Secondly they promised a 4 star hotel in Tbilisi , but we got a lodge which was very far, approximately 3 kms from the city Centre. Remaining tour was fine, guide was good and informative. airport pick up and drop was on time. The vehicle for city tour was good except one day, they replaced with a very uncomfortable vehicle. Overall fine experience. "
