CONSUMER RIGHTS & OUR REFUND POLICY:

- No Agreement or other contract comes into force between you and TDG unless and until we accept your Order by sending you the Acknowledgement.
- We warrant to you that any Product you purchase through the Site will be of satisfactory quality, and will materially conform with any image or sample of the Products we may provide or send to you.
- Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges (if applicable).
- You are advice to check the item(s) purchased during collection. You will be responsible for the Products from the time they are delivered to you: the Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
- We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
- Please be aware, if you are sending something back to us because we have made an error or the goods are faulty we will ask for a copy of your receipt, this should be emailed or sent to us.

AVAILABILITY, PRICES AND INFORMATION OF PRODUCTS:
- TDG does not promise that products are necessarily available, and all products are offered for sale subject to availability. We operate on a FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVED basis.
- The price of the products shall be the price listed on the Photo posted by TDG page (exclusive of delivery charges which are payable by you). All prices displayed on this page are quoted in BND Brunei Dollar and must be paid in full during collection including delivery charges (if applicable).
- We will verify prices and delivery charges as part of our sale procedures, so that a correct price and delivery charge will be stated when you pay for the Product.
- Prices for Products are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect Agreements which have come into force.

BOOKING:
- Every time you place an order through TDG page you will have to provide us with certain compulsory personal information.
- You will receive an inbox from us acknowledging that we have received your booking. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, order or purchase are only confirmed when an agreement has been reached between you and TDG.

PAYMENTS:
- We will specify during the Order process whether we require payment in advance or Cash on Delivery.
- All Pre-Orders Deposit Should be paid Through Bank-In Services Only. Please remember that your deposit is usually non-refundable.

DELIVERY:
- We will arrange for the Products to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated in your Order.
- Delivery charges are applicable to customer located in Tutong and Bandar District.
