" 7 time out of 10 times of my Ems parcel From overseas would took more than 2 weeks to arrive. With normal post took 18 days + to receive. M I living in Amazon jungle? Ridiculous, it's Ems not normal parcel which I paid more to have them arrive in short time but Brunei postal service is really incompetent. I have it sent to my house address since I don't have transport often but m getting ridiculous reason as to why they can't deliver my parcel "Kereta rosak" (Legit or not I don't know) But most of the time they didn't even provide an explanation why my parcel is sitting around in the storage session and nobody delivered? If there's shortage of postman, there's Alot unemployed now why don't they employed more ? - Angry customer "
