" I had bad experience with Royal Brunei Airline (RBA). From Dubai to Surabaya (DXB-SUB) suppose its only took 1 day trip with transit 10 hrs at this airport (Bandar Seri Begawan), unfortunately @27 Dec 2012, its took 5 days - I arrived at SUB on 31 December 2012 morning without my Luggage..!
According to their reason at that day - 31 Dec 2012 early morning, continuation flight to Surabaya was OVERLOAD and they need to off load all luggage passenger on board. Whats kind of this airlines ??
One more and this one still happen until now, its about schedule flight from Brunei to Surabaya, suppose the Aircraft depart @21.45 LT (Local Time) and arrived at Surabaya around @23.00 LT, same day. Next day, for return back to Brunei, RBA schedule on SUB was @06.30 Lt departure and will arriving on Brunei around 10.00 LT. This is normal schedule that they had and informed and listed as well on every travel agent around the world, you can check on the site accordingly. but what are they do it ? They keep (sometime) revise the time to go to SUB until next days early morning, around 04.00 LT. I don't know why ..
So.. Base on true story above, i am not recommended to flight to this airlines.. very worst in the schedule flight time.. "
