Island Communication Services is a small but versatile business center on the island of Saba.

ICS mailbox service started in 1999 to enable the (temporary) residents of Saba to acquire a mailing address in the United States in order to have their mail/packages arrive on Saba in a timely fashion.

Today ICS Saba is a full fledged business center (the only one on Saba!), catering to both the local and student population and not forgetting the tourists who frequent the island year round.
