The St. Eustatius Business Association (STEBA) was founded on September 13th 1984.
The association has the following objective:
The promotion of the interests, in the broadest sense of the word, of the St. Eustatius businesses in particular and the local community in general. The Association shall pursue its objects through:

· Promoting commercial, social, cultural and economical relations between its members themselves and between its members and the population of St.Eustatius, the Government and other organizations, foreign or national.
· Giving advice to its members in cases of disputes and other matters.
· Maintaining a web site to promote the purpose of the Association.
· Elaborating proposals and projects to create a climate in which activities and investments in the private sector can flourish.
· Organizing courses for business education and promoting vocational training.
· All other permissible means.
