" Unfortunately it's pretty sad to see an awesome brand being so poorly represented. I took my old bike, which I know it needs couple few things; to clean up, change the disk and adjust the gear. Total price should be around R$ 250.00 - and I am ok with that. For my surprise I received a call from this guy letting me know that the total cost for fixing my bike would be around R$ 550.00. WTF!!!!! I only wanted a clean up, new disk and few adjustments, YEAH WTF!!!!! When I told the guy that I only need what I requested, he got pissed pissed off at me and said they would not do a half job... So, you figured!!!! Got my bike back with some parts exchanged, " did't get my original parts back" - Since I got new tubes with me, they didn't offer to install them on the spot. It cost me R$440.00 to walk out the door with a clean bike, different parts and a flat tire.... YES, WTF!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE.... AND SPECIALIZED SHOULD FIND PEOPLE THAT ARE FOCUS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO VULTURES... "
