" Nice hotel and building, but could be better with little.
Examples: room lighting was VERY dim, no glass for water in the bathroom, empty frigobar, only ONE towel for face, hands and body, the breakfast is good but not quite what you find in other hotels (few options). Also, regarding maintenance, the hot water from the tub didn't work although it was fixed while I was there. The air conditioning was faulty and the last night I had to turn it off. "

" Funcionários mau orientados . Estava com o carro parado na frente e estavam pintando a lateral do hotel, logo, meu carro ficou todo com tinta e o próprio controlador de acesso havia pedido para colocar aonde tinha colocado. A gerência veio ver e não manifestou nenhuma atitude para resolver meu problema, pelo contrário, ficou quietinha para passar em branco e quando questionei ainda falou que não deveria estar com o carro ali. Não volto mais. "

" It was a pretty nice experience. As my first time at an Ibis Styles, the decoration and overall style of the hotel - including the staff clothing - made quite a nice impression on me. Other than that, the attention to detail, cleaness an service quality were all on point, as I've come to expect from any Accor hotel.
Only problems we got were related to the recent reform the restaurant has been passing through - the staff actually did an overwhelming great job on the breakfast though, considering it was the second day since the restaurant reopened, and I've never seen so many people at the same time for the meal.
I'll definitely book this hotel again. "

" Location is awesome, staff was nice, breakfast was included and good. The room had a small fridge that could be used if you wanted to. The only downside was that the room was dark. "
