" El hotel impecable...las habitaciones cuidadas... El personal amable y dispuesto ... El desayuno me encanto...todo casero preparado en el mismo hotel... La vista ni q decir...hermosa...y dormir con el ruido del mar me encanto... El aire acondicionado y la television a la perfeccion y el frigobar siempre repuesto... Excelente. Volveria mil veces...!! "

" A vista do hotel é linda de frente para o mar, mas o quarto é bem antigo varias lâmpadas queimadas o banheiro é velho os azulejos são pintandos e já estão descascando, o ralo solto toda hora mais lâmpadas queimadas, as portas as fechaduras estão bem ruins, o hotel fica dentro do Grand hotel Guarujá que por mais 80 reais os quartos são muito melhores e mais arrumados. "

" This hotel is very poorly maintained, and the staff, although friendly, is not well trained. We rented two rooms, both with great views from windows which did not close properly, neither room had a working air conditioner. When one of the air conditioners was fixed it made a horrible noise. One of the bathrooms was filthy, paint peeling in the bathtub, broken door to bath tub, other room had two broken chairs. No parking, no beach area. Elevator made so much noise it was scary. Took me 30 minutes to be given a receipt upon early check out. We chose to cut our vacation short. Would not consider staying there again. Only acceptable thing was the view from high floor. I have to assume people staying 3rd floor and below would not even have that. "
