Rooms are still clean, breakfast still great. Food, however, is bad. Ordered a smoked salmon sandwich with dill and preserved lemon peel in a rye bread (that's what the menu said) and was treated with salmon slathered with cream cheese in whole wheat bread. The internet connection (not secured) was so slow that I couldn't work. Not even email would load. I fly weekly to SP for work and this was a deal breaker. "

" Appropriate to price quality, very polite and helpful staff. The only problem was the not so good sound isolation with makes you listen to chats on the other room and steps on the hallway. Pretty good breakfast. "

" Typical business hotel: Cleaned up, good smell, well-spoken staff. On 15 minutes on foot you are in the big avenues of São Paulo. They have a smoker lounge/balcony which is relaxing. "
