We have put together a varied menu of food that is
sure to excite everyone. We've got the down home
flavor of home style BBQ as well as the exciting salsas
and seasonings from the Caribbean.
Our signature steak entres are all certified "Angus"
beef prepared in the Latin tradition with chimichurri
sauce and our rib eye is prepared in the American way
seared and cooked over charcoal.
Our signature pork shoulders are marinated and then
slow smoked for ten hours in our smokers with hickory
chips. Our ribs are also smoked to perfection and then
grilled over charcoal. They are so delicious they don't
need BBQ sauce but we give you some anyway.
We have an adjustable height grill specially made f
us by Argentines and we use only local Bahamian charcoal,
you won't believe the taste. Remember if it ain't
grilled over charcoal it ain't real BBQ.
