" The hotel is located in the centre of the city right next to the clock tower. The staff is friendly and welcoming but the restaurant food was not great. If you don't have a meal plan then I suggest you not to dine in their restaurant. We stayed at the hotel for 2 days and on the second day our intercom stopped working. We informed the staff but they said that the intercom won't work up until the next day which was quite a pain. We went to explore the city and returned to the hotel at 10 in the night only to find that the lights of the reception and those in the corridor we're off and it was pitch black. It's a nice hotel but there are some changes need to be made in their system. "

" My experience in Bhutan was amazing, one the main reasons being the excellent hospitality at Hotel Thimpu tower. The hotel manager makes every effort to make tourists like us, feel at home. She is very sweet. This hotel is centrally located, the view from this hotel is just incredible ! The rooms are spacious and well maintained. Delicious food !
Next time I visit Bhutan, I would love to stay in this hotel. "
