The Directorate General for Foreign Trade (DGFT) is a department within the Ministry with responsibility for Investment, Trade and Commerce and has primary responsibility for the coordination, development and implementation of foreign trade policies. The DGFT is equally responsible for International Trade Negotiations on behalf of Belize.
