" Although the cottages are fine (could use some updating though), the many barking dogs are a deal breaker. They would start barking between 1 - 2 am and bark for hours. The place is surrounded by at least 6 dogs. We are dog lovers but this was just intolerable. We ended up checking out early and going to Tilt-ta-Dock, which I HIGHLY recommend. "

" Booking a cottage online was simple and Lilly was very helpful during the process. Iain took care of my husband and I for the week we visited Belize. He was gracious and wonderful, even when our shower knob broke. He handled the plumbing repairs himself and took us to a local restaurant during the work so we would not be inconvenienced. He had excellent suggestions for sites to see and vendors to use so we felt like real locals. The cottage was clean and the courtyard was beautiful. We visited over New Year's Eve through our wedding anniversary. We are looking forward to our next visit. "
