" First off, the hotel has such a warm friendly approach internally and externally. The staff had all our pre-booking documents on hand and signing in was easy. The rooms are cozy enough, however it wasn't too spacious but okay enough to sleep in. All basic utilities are on given, along with a general kitchen. Staying there with my Class mates was splendid. The hotel is located right on the sidewalk, where gifts shops, restaurants and bars are situated. One of the best deals of this hotel is that the beach is literally a 2 minutes walk away. Over all the environment is clean and quiet and safe enough to guard your belongings. The Serenade Hotel is affordable and friendly enough to accommodate your stay in Placencia, Belize.
