Since we launched 5dSouls in early 2017, we had always envisioned offering a program to help energy sensitive kids (Indigos & Crystal kids) thrive in this new world we’re creating. After a few successful brainstorming sessions and some divine alignments, we are so excited to offer our first kids program for 7-11 year olds, 5dSoul Kids. This 9-week interactive program runs every Monday night beginning September 11, 2017 at YogaVentures in Marda Loop. It is designed to give kids a suite of tools and techniques to successfully harness and integrate incoming energies and protect and ground when needed. Each week we will have a different theme, teaching a new set of tools that the kids can integrate into their daily practice with fun and magical activities and crafts as well as a weekly guided meditation. Activities include:

• Learning about intuition and how to use it
• Shielding and grounding – protecting from lower frequency energies
• Working with crystals
• How to gracefully move through emotions of anger, fear and sadness
• Techniques for meditation and breathwork
• Identifying your spirit animal and how to work with it
• Creating your own wand
• Tuning and working with the body’s 7 main chakras
